In a recent residential solar installation, a homeowner deployed one Menred ESS LFP.1433.F battery paired directly with a single hybrid inverter—forming a compact, self-sufficient solar home power system. The 51.2V LiFePO₄ battery, rated at 14.33kWh, serves as the core energy storage unit, storing excess solar generation during daylight hours for use at night or during grid outages.

The system’s simplicity lies in its 1:1 architecture: one battery, one inverter. This configuration eliminates unnecessary complexity while ensuring stable communication via CAN or RS485 protocols, selectable directly on the battery’s touchscreen interface. Designed for daily cycling, the LFP.1433.F supports over 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, making it well-suited for long-term residential use.

With a nominal capacity of 14.33kWh, the unit provides sufficient energy to power essential household loads—lighting, refrigeration, and small appliances—throughout the evening. Its compatibility with inverters up to 8,000W ensures smooth integration into standard home solar setups.

As a certified solar home power battery (UN38.3 & SDS compliant), the LFP.1433.F offers both safety and scalability. While this installation uses a single unit, the system can expand up to 16 batteries in parallel when future energy demands grow.
