Media Release

On 25 November, Raystech Group Pty. Ltd. (Raystech) signed a groundbreaking strategic agreement with LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGi) in Xi’an.

Forging a transformative alliance

Mark Miao, Chairman of Raystech, and Daniel Lin, Managing Director of LONGi Solar Australia, finalised the exclusive strategic partnership. Senior leaders from both companies, including LONGi’s Chairman Zhong Baoshen and other executives, witnessed the signing.

Starting in 2025, Raystech will become the exclusive distributor of LONGi solar modules in Australia. In turn, LONGi products will dominate Raystech’s solar module portfolio.

Benefits for Australian customers

The agreement ensures customers continue to receive sales, marketing, and warranty support from LONGi’s Australian team. This partnership focuses on:

  • Nationwide availability: Raystech’s warehouses in every state ensure LONGi products are accessible, including in remote areas.
  • Stable pricing and service: Uniform pricing and improved service quality will benefit installers and end-users.
  • Advanced technology: LONGi’s cutting-edge HPBC 2.0 modules will launch in Australia in 2025, offering high efficiency and reliability.

Addressing key solar market needs

Over 30% of Australian homes already use solar, with further growth expected. This partnership aims to tackle challenges such as supply chain efficiency, simplified product offerings, and enhanced customer experiences.

Shared vision for the future

Raystech, founded in 2019, has grown rapidly, earning EUPD’s TOP Distributor title in 2023 and 2024. LONGi, operating in Australia since 2019, is known for innovation and quality.

“LONGi has always been at the forefront of technological advancements,” said Raystech Chairman Mark Miao. “This partnership exemplifies the power of collaboration, bringing our shared vision for a sustainable energy future to life.”

LONGi Chairman Zhong Baoshen added, “Our exclusive agreement with Raystech reflects our commitment to delivering consistent quality and service to the Australian market. Together, we will set new benchmarks for innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction.”

Paving the way for a sustainable future

This collaboration marks the beginning of a long-term effort to strengthen Australia’s photovoltaic industry. LONGi and Raystech aim to foster sustainable development and a competitive solar ecosystem nationwide.
