Greener Homes Loan

Up to $40,000, interest-free with a repayment term of 10 years
Canada Greener Homes Loan – Natural Resources Canada 

HELP – Home Energy Loan & Grant Program.

Loans between $1,000 and $60,000 are available to homeowners residing in the city of Saskatoon for eligible retrofits. These loans are offered at a low interest rate and are repaid through property taxes over 5, 10, or 20 year terms.
Income-qualified households are eligible for an expanded package of rebates up to $6,000 and all other participants are eligible for $4,000 in rebates.

SLIM – Saskatchewan Lean Improvement in Manufacturing.

Eligible applicants are agri-businesses, First Nations or Abattoirs involved in value-added processing of Canadian agricultural products that are considered. See website for more details.

Up to $15,000 rebate towards energy efficient home & an additional $15,000 rebate for roof repair needed for solar installation.

ITC – Investment Tax Credit

Get a tax credit for 2025 when you claim. The CT ITC rate may be up to 30% of the capital cost of CT property that is acquired and that becomes available for use from March 28, 2023, to December 31, 2033.
